Dr. Anna Castriota holds a philosophy doctorate (from her Italian university), a MA in History of Fascism, and a Ph.D. in Political History. Since 2006, has been teaching Politics and Terrorism at St Clare's International College (Liberal Arts and University Foundations Programmes).
Dr. Castriota has published four books and several academic articles and reports. Her area of research is the fascist ideology, radical far-right organizations, and the rise of hate crime and xenophobia today. She is also a member of the British Philosophical Society board of the 'British Personalist Forum.' In this role, she edited a personalist philosophical volume published in the United States in 2018. Currently, Dr. Castriota is providing her expertise in fascist studies with an analysis of the 1970s Italian Nazi-fascist terrorist organization Ludwig''s ideological profile, considering her knowledge of esoteric or 'spiritual' Nazism.
She lives and works in Oxford, United Kingdom.
